Returns & Refund Policy
At Runopro.shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall décor purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be returned.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

The product must not be customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page.
Return Authorization Process
Returns must be approved in advance. To begin the process, contact us at contact@runopro.shop.
Once your request is approved, you will receive:

A prepaid return shipping label.

Instructions on how to properly package the item.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

Items damaged during shipping (frame, print, or packaging).

Incorrect product variations such as size, design, or color.

Missing parts or hanging hardware.
We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-made products (including designs with added text or images).

Clearance or final sale items.

Products that have been damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, you must first complete the return process for the original item. After your return is approved, you can place a new order. Any eligible refund can be used toward the new purchase.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
